Program Overview

Mission:
To provide FREE Permanent Eyebrow Treatment: Design Nano Brows, Nano Combo Brows or Ombré Powder Brows medically appropriate cosmetic eyebrow restoration for individuals who have been recently diagnosed with cancer and who are preparing to begin chemotherapy, helping preserve confidence, dignity, and emotional well-being before hair loss begins.​

Purpose:
Chemotherapy often causes eyebrow and hair loss, which can be emotionally distressing and impact a patient’s self-image during a difficult time. This program offers patients an opportunity to receive a safe, compassionate, and professionally performed Permanent Eyebrow Treatment before their journey starts, allowing them to maintain a more natural appearance.

 

Program Vision~

To ensure that no cancer patient has to face chemotherapy feeling less like themselves due to preventable cosmetic approach, and to restore a sense of identity, strength, and confidence through compassionate aesthetic care.

Core Program Goals

  1. Provide free eyebrow restoration services to newly diagnosed cancer patients before chemotherapy begins.

  2. Support emotional wellness and self-esteem during cancer treatment.

  3. Create access to medically informed beauty services that are safe, ethical, and trauma-aware.

  4. Expand awareness that appearance-related care is a meaningful part of whole-person healing.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify, participants must:

  • Be 18 years or older 

  • Have a recent cancer diagnosis

  • Be scheduled to begin chemotherapy soon

  • Be medically cleared by their oncologist or treating physician

  • Not yet have started chemotherapy, or be within a limited pre-treatment window

  • Complete a medical intake and informed consent form

  • Meet skin safety criteria for the procedure

Required Documentation: 

  • Proof of Cancer Diagnosis (doctor’s note, oncology referral, or treatment plan summary)

  • Anticipated chemotherapy start date

  • Signed physician clearance form

  • Signed consent and medical history forms
